She was born on January 12, 1979 in the city of Nemyriv, Vinnytsia region
1996-2002 studied at the National University of Food Technology, specialty “Technology of bread, confectionery, pasta and food concentrates”
2002-2005 – studied at the graduate school of the National University of Food Technologies, specialty “Technology of bakery products and food concentrates”
2005 – defended her dissertation for the degree of candidate of technical sciences in specialty 05.18.01 – technology of bakery products and food concentrates on “Research of technological properties of modified starches and the feasibility of their use in the manufacture of instant food concentrates”
Since 2005 she has worked as an assistant professor at the Department of Bread, Confectionery, Pasta and Food Concentrates of NUHT.
Since 2013 he has been working as an associate professor of the Department of Food Technology at SNAU
Main disciplines: General technologies of food industry, Innovative technologies of food products (Ukrainian and English), Food and dietary supplements, Quality management of products and services of restaurant business.
Direction of scientific research:
Development and research of properties of dry vegetable mixes and their use in food products.
Investigation of the properties of modified starches and their application in food production.
