She was born on October 17, 1982 in the city of Sumy. 1999-2004 studies at Sumy National Agrarian University. Specialty “Technology of storage, canning and processing of meat”. 2004-2006 – worked as a technologist at the CPPH and a refrigerator at OJSC Sumy Meat Processing Plant in Sumy. Since 2006 she has been studying for a postgraduate degree and working as a specialist, junior researcher, researcher, senior researcher at the Department of Meat Technology of the Institute of Food Resources of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences in Kyiv. 2016 – defended her dissertation for the degree of candidate of technical sciences in specialty 05.18.04 – “Technology of meat, dairy products and products from aquatic organisms.” Since 2016, I have been working part-time as a senior lecturer, associate professor of the Department of Food Technologies of Sumy National Agrarian University.
