Born in 1984 in Sumy, Ukrainian.
1999-2003 training in Sumy technical school of food industry, specialty “Production of sugar substances”, diploma with honors.
2003-2005 training at Sumy National Agrarian University, specialty “Technology of storage, canning and processing of milk”.
2004-2007 study at the National University of Food Technology
(Kiev), specialty “Technology of sugar substances”.
2004-2017 worked as a teacher of special disciplines at Sumy College of Food Industry National University of Food Technology.
2008-2012 postgraduate studies at the National University of Food Technology without a break from production, specialty “Processes and equipment of food, microbiological and pharmaceutical industries”.
2014 – defended her dissertation for obtaining a scientific degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in specialty 05.18.12 – processes and equipment of food, microbiological and pharmaceutical industries.
The topic of the dissertation is published 23 scientific works, of which: 9 articles in professional journals (6 of which are in the list, 1 – foreign edition), 13 papers at scientific conferences, Patent of Ukraine for utility model №80292, Patent of Ukraine for utility model №108431.
Since 2013 – I have been working as an Associate Professor at Sumy Branch of National University of Food Technology.
Since 2017 – I am a senior lecturer in the department of milk and meat technology.
The main subjects are: “General technologies of food industry”, “Hygiene and sanitation of food enterprises”.
Areas of research: Intensification of polythermal crystallization; development of functional dairy products.
Advanced training: LLC “Turkey”.
