The training of scientific personnel is undoubtedly an integral component of the overall education system. The competitive advantages of the Educational and Scientific Program (ESP) in the specialty G13 Food Technology for postgraduate training lie in its systematic approach to preparing PhD holders who are capable of combining scientific research demanded by business, practical implementation, and pedagogical skills—applying the results of their work in the educational process and using the acquired knowledge in practical activities.
