- She was born on January 4, 1985 in Shostka, Sumy Region.
- From 1992 to 2002, he studied at Shostkin Secondary School No. 11.
- From 2002 to 2007, he studied at the Sumy National Agrarian University at the Faculty of Food Technologies.
- In 2007, Olena Yuriivna Koshel graduated from the Sumy National Agrarian University and received a full higher education majoring in “Technology of milk storage, canning and processing” and qualified as a technological engineer.
- In 2012, she received a second higher education majoring in “Accounting and Audit” at the Sumy National Agrarian University.
- In 2016, she enrolled in full-time postgraduate studies at the Sumy Agrarian University, majoring in 181 – Food Technologies.
- From 2009 to 2015, she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Food Technology.
