Born November 10, 1950 in the village. Popovka of Krasnograd district of Kharkiv region.
1970-1975 - studying at Kharkiv Institute of Catering, specialty "Technology and organization of catering".
1976-1979 - worked as an assistant at CHIOP.
1979-1983- Postgraduate study of the All-Union Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography.
1983 - defended his dissertation for a Candidate of Technical Sciences degree in the specialty "Technology of fish and non-fishery products of the sea" on the topic "Technology of red protein caviar"
1983-1987 - worked as an assistant, Art. Lecturer, Associate Professor in CHIOP.
1990-1994 - Doctoral studies at HIOP, specialty "Food Technology".
1996 - defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences in the specialty 051816. "Technology of catering" on the topic "Technology of jelly products based on drag-forming with qualitatively changed functional properties"
The main courses are: "Food Technology", "General Food Technology", "Theoretical Foundations", "Methods of Quality Control and Management"
Areas of research: Improvement of the technology of jelly products based on milk and sour milk. Processing of sunflower kernel and nut raw materials.
State contractual subject: "Improvement of technologies of sausage products with adjustable structural and mechanical properties", 01.09.2017-30.06.2018.
