Tyshchenko Vasyl Ivanovych

He was born on June 6, 1958 in the Sumy district of the Sumy region. 1978-1983 study at the Sumy Agricultural Institute, specialty “Zooengineering”, diploma with honors. 1985-1989 – postgraduate studies at the Institute of Animal Husbandry of the Forest-Steppe and Polissya of Ukraine UAAS. Specialty “Technology of production of livestock products”. From 1983 to 1996 he worked as an assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor at the Department of Technology of Production and Processing of Livestock Products of the Faculty of Zooengineering. Since 1996 I have been working as an associate professor at the Faculty of Food Technologies. 1993 – defended his dissertation for the degree of candidate of agricultural sciences in the specialty 06.02.04 “Technology of production of livestock products” on the topic “Efficiency of use of breeding boars in industrial pig farms”. Basic academic disciplines. Technology of meat and meat products, Design of meat industry enterprises, Quality management of meat processing enterprises. Direction of scientific research. Scientific aspects and substantiation of technology development of meat-containing products from waterfowl and freshwater fish.
