Scientific and scientific-technical activity of the Faculty of Food Technology
The faculty consists of 4 departments: Department of Technology of Milk and Meat, Department of Food Technology, Department of Philosophy and Socio-humanities, Department of Engineering Technology of Food Production.
The main priority directions of the scientific activity of the faculty:

“High-efficiency capture of fine products by devices with counter-swirling streams in combination with elements of other inertial dust catchers”
The scientific results obtained will allow us to further improve food production technology with more economical and environmentally friendly methods, which not only retain the advantages of traditional technologies, but in some cases exceed them.
