On February 7, teachers of the Department of Milk and Meat Technology took part in a practical seminar-training “Self-sufficiency of Communities: Cooperation in Business Projects”, the purpose of which was to discuss practical mechanisms for the introduction of cooperation with the use of modern technologies of processing agricultural products at communal property for owners of individual peasant and farms.
The speaker was Marina Samilik, who presented the research and practical capabilities of the Sumy NAU Faculty of Food Technology.
Natalia Bolhova introduced the participants to the practice of implementing the “HACCP” system in the food industry. Under the guidance of Vasyl Tyshchenko, FFT students produced and presented samples of sausage products.
