I was bornon June 6, 1958 in the Sumy region.
1978-1983. Studied at Sumy Agricultural Institute, specialty "Zooengineering", diploma with honors.
1985-1989 - postgraduate studies at the Institute of Animal Husbandry of Forest Steppe and Polesie of Ukraine. Specialty "Livestock Production Technology".
1983-1996 I worked as an assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor in the department of animal husbandry production technology and processing at the Animal EngineeringFaculty.
I have been Assistant Professor at the Food Technology Faculty Since 1996.
1993 –I defended dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Agricultural Sciences in the specialty 06.02.04 “Technology of livestock production” on the topic “Efficiency of boarsuse in industrial pig farms”.
Basic disciplines. Technology of meat and meat products, Design of meat industry enterprises, Quality management of meat processing enterprises.
Direction of scientific research. Scientific aspects of the use of waterfowl and freshwater fish compositions in meat-containing technology.
Certification training. Globino Meat Processing LTD(March 19-April 1, 2018).
