Dimitrievich Lyubov

Dimitrievich Lyubov was born in. 05.17.50 g in the family of a soldier in the Kaluga region.
From 1957 to 1965 he studied at schools in the Moscow region, in 1965. After moving to Kharkov, she graduated from № 45.
From 1967 to 1972 studied at the Kharkov Institute of Public Food at the Faculty of Technology. Diploma in "Technology and the organization of catering."
By distribution, from 1972 to 1975 she worked as a teacher at the Penza College of Soviet Trade.
Since 1975, 1977 worked as a process engineer in a student trust of canteens, directly oversaw the work of canteen No. 825, KhAI. She was awarded the diploma "The best technologist of the Dzerzhinsky district of Kharkov."
In 1977, she worked first as an instructor, and then as head. organizational department of the regional committee of trade unions of workers in trade and consumer cooperation.
From 1977 to 2005 she worked as a teacher at the Department of Nutrition Technologies at the Kharkov Institute of Public Catering: KhIOP, KhDUHT.
In 1987 she defended her thesis "Technology for the production of semi-finished products of high degree of preparedness from pork liver, spleen, meat of mechanically deboned", specialty 05.18.04 - technology of meat, dairy and fish products at the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of the meat industry 23.02. awarded the degree of candidate of technical sciences.
Since November 29, 1991 awarded the academic title of Associate Professor at the Department of Technology for the Production of Food Products.
From 2005 to 2010 - as a professor, head. Department of Technology of Meat and Meat Products of Sumy National Agrarian University. During the work, the necessary documentation was prepared for accreditation and licensing of graduates of specialists and masters in technology of meat and meat products, the specialization "Food Technology" was introduced, the documentation for the opening of the department "Food Technology" was prepared.
From 2010 to the present time, work at the department "Technology of nutrition". She took an active part in the preparation of documentation and the release of bachelors, specialists and masters in the specialty.
Awards: diploma “The best technologist of the Dzerzhinsky district of Kharkov”, diploma of the 3rd degree of VDNH, was repeatedly awarded with prizes and diplomas while working in KhIOP (KhDUHT) and SNAU.
Research interests: "Development of technology for new types of food products for health purposes."
